Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books and digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Physical Products
If you ordered a physical copy and it arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible order, please contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used at purchase.
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Photos if the product arrived damaged.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
Processing Time
